I'm Blanca, an independent professional supporting businesses in areas such as administration, commercial management, logistics and operations. I enjoy understanding how each business works, getting to know the people behind it and finding where I can make a difference. I believe that an external perspective, combined with someone who genuinely gets involved in day-to-day operations, can make a much bigger difference than you might think.

I started my professional career in customer service, sales and warehouse operations. This gave me first-hand experience of different business areas and how they connect: from preparing orders and managing stock to coordinating shipments and transport, as well as looking after customers. Over the years, I took on new responsibilities in export administration, commercial support in international markets and logistics coordination. I also took part in projects involving the reorganisation and improvement of operations and logistics facilities.

Since 2024, I have been working independently, collaborating with businesses that need additional support in different areas of their operations. I enjoy getting involved, adapting to the way each business works and finding practical solutions that make sense in its day-to-day activities. My background in International Trade, Operations Management and Supply Chain Management complements everything I have learned through hands-on experience.

One thing I know for sure is that I value working closely with people, with open communication and mutual trust. I'm not a big believer in magic formulas or making things more complicated than they need to be. I'd rather understand what each business needs, bring some order where it's needed and, above all, get things moving.
